Angus Gardner is an artist currently living and working in Melbourne, Victoria. Gardner is deeply curious about the spatial environment and human connection. Of particular interest to him is how we navigate and choose pathways, both physically and psychologically, and how those choices and destinations can be translated back into the studio through drawing, painting and ceramics. Gardner’s two- and three-dimensional visual investigations explore ideas around mapping, navigation, movement and landscape.
